SPIEGEL: On Sunday, September 6, 2009, Arlene Spiegel, beloved wife of the late Seymour (Sy) Spiegel; loving mother of Charles (Judith) Spiegel, Amy (Gary) Katz and Cindy (William Wolfe) Miles-Wolfe; sister of the late Irwin Levinson; beloved Bobí of Melissa (Patrick) Truitt, Josh (Monica) Spiegel, Jordan and Adam Katz, Brendan Miles, Evan Katz and Matthew Miles; great-grandmother of Logan and Lydia Truitt. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Ave., Shadyside. Interment Beth Shalom Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Sivitz Jewish Hospice, 200 JHF Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15217.
