Harvey, formerly Squirrel Hill, and Katie Cohen, now of Naples, Florida, announce the engagement of their daughter, Shira A. Cohen, to Ryan Davlantes of Chicago. Ryan is the son of Colette and John Davlantes of Northbrook, IL. Shira is public relations manager at West Monroe Partners and Ryan is in supply chain for Ferrero and Director of Hockey at Notre Dame College Prep.
