Kaplan, 94, of Maitland FL, formerly of Chelsea MA; wife of the late Simon Jack Kaplan; mother of Brenda (Dr. Martin) Cohen of Pittsburgh and Nancy (Bob) Carvin of Indian Harbour Beach FL; daughter of the late Morris and Mary (Steinbach) Goldman; grandmother of Dr. Adam (Elizabeth) Cohen of Valrico, FL, Julie Cohen (Bryan Neft) of Pittsburgh, Andy (Susanne) Carvin of Silver Spring MD, and Eric Carvin (Dr. Kimberly Noble) of New York City; G.G. to her great-grandchildren Serena, Alexa and Cassie Cohen, Simon Justin and Zoe Neft, and Kayleigh and Sean Carvin;.
