GOLD: On Wednesday, February 4, 2015, Sanford B. “Sandy” Gold; Beloved husband of Elinor “Ellie” Gold. Loving father of Robert (Amy) Gold, Karen Gold Anisfeld (Ari Schkolnik) and Susan (Scott) Long. Son of Sylvia and the late Manny Gold. Brother of the late Russell Gold. Brother-in-law of Barbara (late Richard) Goldberg and Rae Gold. Cherished grandfather of Jessica and Jake Gold, Alon Anisfeld and Julie and Jordan Long. Uncle of Lisa (Steven) Rudick and Erika (Deddy) Kestenberg. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, caregivers Donna Ristoff and Jessica Myers as well as a terrific team at Sivitz Hospice. Sandy graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and was a commercial realtor for over 50 years in the business. He was an avid sports fan, a lover of nature, photographer, contributor to education including 33 years on the Pace School Board and a devoted family man. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc. Interment Emanu-El Israel Cemetery, Greensburg.
