Sadie Handler-Marchal Bat Mitzvah Announcement
TorahSadie Handler-Marchal will celebrate her bat mitzvah on Aug. 8, 2026, at Congregation Beth Shalom. She is the daughter of Cary Marchal and Manola Handler Marchal, the sister of Arlo Handler-Marchal, and the granddaughter of Beryl Handler Rosenberg of Pittsburgh and Robin and Faith Marchal of Chelmsford, England. Sadie is entering eighth grade at Community Day School, where she is a dedicated and hardworking student. She has studied ballet for many years and loves reading, exploring her many creative interests and spending time with friends and family. Sadie is known and loved for her warmth, humor, and ability to connect with people of all ages. Sadie’s family lovingly remembers her late great-grandfather, David Handler, z”l, whose lifelong devotion to family and Jewish life is a legacy they gratefully carry forward on this special day.
