Leona (Fine) Liptz

LIPTZ, LEONA: On Sunday, July 10th with her family at her bedside, Leona (Fine) Liptz passed away. She was in her ninetieth year. A long time resident of Highland Park, for the past five years Leona resided in Arlington, VA. Beloved wife of the late Milton Liptz. Survivors include daughters Phyllis (Liptz) Bertenthal, wife of David Bertenthal of Pgh. PA, Deborah (Liptz) Spitzer, wife of Alvin Spitzer of Burke, VA, grandchildren Dr. Michelle (Bertenthal) Bluestein, Lori Bertenthal, Steven Spitzer, Marla Spitzer and great grandchildren Ari Bluestein and Delilah Spitzer. Graveside Service and Interment were held at Adath Jeshurun Cemetery. The family requests contributions be sent in memory of Leona Liptz to Culpepper Garden, 4435 N. Pershing Dr. Arlington, VA 22203.
