IWLER: On Sept. 17, 2011, Irvin Iwler of Leetsdale; beloved husband of Florence Iwler of Leetsdale; 3 Daughters and sons-in-law Sandra and Barry Moskowitz of Wayne, Pa.; Joan Ruth and Que Bronson of Annapolis, Md., Judith Lynn Twler and her husband Steven Budabin of Falls Church, Md.; 4 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. Iwler was the retired Director of Vocational Education and later became Professor Emeritus of the University of Pittsburgh. He was a U.S. veteran serving during WWII, a member of the Masonic Lodge, Beth Samuel Jewish Center, ACLU, and the Democratic National Committee. Friends will be received at the Beth Samuel Jewish Center, on Tuesday from 10:30 A.M. until time of funeral service at 11:00 A.M. with Rabbi Stephanie Wolfe Officiating.
