PHILLIPS: On Friday, February 13, 2009, Harriet (Harriet Colavita) Phillips of Pittsburgh and Sunny Isles Beach, FL; beloved wife of late Dr. Francis Byrne Colavita, who died on February 16, 2009; beloved mother of Lisa Blake Phillips of New York, NY and Jamie Lynn Phillips of Pittsburgh; sister of Lorraine Parnes of CA. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Ave., Shadyside. Interment Homewood Cemetery.
