ASKIN: On Wednesday, December 10, 2008, Edith (Shapiro) Askin, beloved wife of the late Edgar Askin; loving mother of Ruth and Karl Seif of Bethesda, MD and C. Daniel (the late Donna LaBorwit) Askin of Pittsburgh; beloved sister of Freda Sopher, Leroy and Donna Shapiro, the late Joe Shapiro, Sophie Finglass, Lillian Braver, Gertrude Bonnett and Irene Wasserkrug; adored grandmother of David and Melinda Askin, Allyson and James Williams, Andie and Devo Hartz, Caroline and Andrew Sherman and Jackie and Adam Margolis; loving great-grandmother of Holden and Dylan Sherman, Kendall and Noah Margolis and AJ Williams and Elizabeth Askin.
