CDS begins Passover break early due to COVID-19 cases
Two students have tested positive for the virus.

In an email to parents, Community Day School announced it would start its Passover break one day early for all students and staff, including those in its early childhood program.
The March 25 closure is a result of two students testing positive for COVID-19 and follows the Pennsylvania Department of Education recommendations for moderate community transmissions.
CDS planned to complete contact tracing on Thursday and said it would contact any families affected.
School officials intend to resume on-campus learning as scheduled on Tuesday April 6, for early childhood students and Monday, April 12, for those in kindergarten through eighth grade.
Those students who tested positive for the virus were instructed to isolate at home for at least 10 days and must meet CDC-recommended criteria before returning to school. PJC
