HEISLER: On Thursday, January 22, 2009, Barbara Heisler, 72, of Squirrel Hill; beloved wife of Sydney Heisler; mother of Judi Heisler, Ellen Sachs and Debbie Bastacky; daughter of the late Jack and Rose Nydes; sister of the late Jules Nydes; grandmother of Michael, Sarah, Emma and Alexa. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Ave., Shadyside. Interment Beth Abraham Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Young Peoples’ Synagogue, 6404 Forbes Ave., Pgh., PA 15217 or to MADD Western Affiliate, 222 W. Cunningham St., Butler, PA 16001.
