Eva and Jesse Samakow joyfully announce the birth of their son, Silas Malcolm Samakow born Aug. 19, 2024, in Denver, Colorado. Silas Malcolm is named in loving memory of his great grandfather, Malcolm Samakow. Proud grandparents are Debbi and Tom Samakow of Boca Raton, Florida formally from Squirrel Hill, and Asya Grey Adana and Aaron Adana of San Francisco California. Silas’s great-grandparents are Jo Lyndon & Gery Grey of San Francisco, California and Suzanne Matthews and the late Jim Matthews of Erie, Pennsylvania. Silas’s late great-grandparents are Gloria and Norman Wedner and Marion and Malcolm Samakow all of Squirrel Hill.
