Adat Shalom

March 11: Megillah reading and Purim Shpiel, “The Wizard of PersOz” performed by the Adat Shalom Religious School Players, 7 p.m. Refreshments will follow. March 12: Purim Carnival and lunch 11 a.m. Visit the Shushan Salon; enjoy the Dairy “Queen Esther” sundae bar; games, prizes and hamantaschen. This event is free; a suggested donation of $5 per person, $20 family maximum, will be included in the donations for the Tzedekah projects of each religious school class.

Community Day School

March 10: Middle school students will lead a Megillah reading for the entire school in the morning; Tefillah Council participants will then present a Purim shpiel, which will be followed by a special production of “Hadassah,” the communitywide shpiel. Lower school and intermediate school students will enjoy a carnival run by Tefillah Council, while middle school students have a Purim Casino.
