Jerome Moidel

Jerome Moidel, 93, of Aliquippa, passed away Sunday May 8, 2011 in Charles Morris Nursing and Rehabilation-Pittsburgh. Born, March 5, 1918 in Pittsburgh, he was a son of the late Benjamin L. and Esther C. (Levin) Moidel. Surviving are his wife of65 years, Muriel (Friedman) Moidel, a son Edward Moidel, a daughter and son in law Nancy and Dennis Ciccone-all of Sewickley, 9 grandchildren Rachael Moidel- Gaydos(Dave), Michael (Marisa) Moidel, Julia Moidel, Rebecca Moidel- Rickel (Keith), Jessica Moidel, Benjamin Moidel, Matthew, Joshua and Zachary Ciccone, 2 great granddaughters, Chloe and Sophie Moidel, and a sister in law Marjorie Moidel in Florida. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Melvin Moidel. Interment Agudath Achim Cemetery-Patterson Twp, Pa. Memorial contributions may be made to Pittsburgh Chapter of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.
