LEBOVITZ, M.D.: On Thursday, September 5, 2013, Jerome J. Lebovitz; Beloved husband of Joanne K. Lebovitz and the late Audrey W. Lebovitz. Loving father of Lowell (Dawn) Lebovitz, O.D., the late Mark (Shonnie) Lebovitz, M.D., Michael (Suzan) Zukerman, William (Robin) Zukerman, Nancy (Andrew) Liscow and Lori Zukerman, M.D. (Tom Strouse, M.D.). Brother of the late Elliott (Laverne) Lebovitz. Loving grandfather of Evan, Adam, Meara, Rina (Jason), Jill (Colin), Josh, Kevin, Jake, Noah and Oliver. Dr. Lebovitz was a Navy flight surgeon stationed with the Marines in CA. He practiced internal medicine in Pittsburgh for 51 years.
