Geraldine E. "Dolly" Davis

DAVIS: Geraldine E. “Dolly”; Passed away at 79 years old on Thursday, November 3, 2011 after a long hard battle with brain cancer. Daughter of the late Michael O. and Beatrice Kohn and brother Gerald Kohn. She is survived by her devoted son Robert R. Davis who cared for her during her battle. Also survived by daughter Gerry S. Therrien. Dolly was truly a devoted mother who touched the lives of everyone she met with her big smile and abundant love. She will be greatly missed by family, friends and neighbors and we know she is in gods hands. She was born on March 24, 1932 and was a graduate of Monongahela High School in 1950 and the University of Pittsburgh where she earned a degree in Business Administration in 1954. She then taught Business Education at Robert Morris College for several years. Dolly enjoyed walking in South Park and Montour’s trail, gardening and the arts. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc. Interment Beth Shalom Cemetery. www.schugar.com.
