OTTENHEIMER: Fritz Ottenheimer of Pittsburgh, on Thursday July 20, 2017. Beloved husband of Goldie Beruh Ottenheimer of Pittsburgh. Loving father of Dan Ottenheimer and his wife Sara Weber of Massachusetts; and Marcie Miller and her husband Jim Miller of Virginia. Loving grandfather of Sarah, Claire and Elise Gebauer and David Ottenheimer. And loving “Uncle Fritz” to many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, and other extended family members. Born in Konstanz, Germany, Fritz came to the U.S. as a teen. After serving in the U.S. Army during World War II, he received an industrial engineering degree and moved to Pittsburgh, becoming an engineer for Westinghouse. He touched the lives of thousands of people, and will be sorely missed by many. Services were held at Temple Sinai. Interment Temple Sinai Memorial Park.
