We asked our readers what is their favorite frozen summer treat. Here's what they said.
Last week, the Chronicle asked its readers in an online poll the following question: “What is your favorite frozen summer treat?” Of the 166 people who responded, 52% said regular ice cream; 19% said soft serve ice cream; 12% said frozen custard; 7% said frozen yogurt; 5% said frozen ice; and 5% said sorbet. Comments were submitted by 36 people. A few follow.
