JACOB: Betty Oestreicher Jacob, 97, born April 10, 1919, formerly of Squirrel Hill, passed away on July 19, 2016 in Los Angeles. She was preceded in death by her husband, Julius H. Jacob, and her brother, Jerry Striker. Betty is survived by her sister, Elaine Wallace; her son, Ronald (Cathy) Jacob; her daughter, Jacquie Sampson; her grandsons, Michael (Leslie) Sampson and Joshua Sampson; and her great-grandchildren, Jordan and Talia Sampson.
