Aliza (Kramer-Ehrman) Kamun
KAMUN: Aliza (Kramer-Ehrman) Kamun, January 30, 1913 to June 7, 2017, 104-plus years of good living. Born in Bad Kreuznach, Germany, to Albert and Paula Kramer. Aliza made aliyah to Palestine (Israel) in 1935 where she was a true chalutza. With her late husband Micha Kurt Kamun, she raised a loving and large family, moving from the Moshav to Kibbutz Hazorea where she lived for more than 70 years surrounded by family and childhood friends from Germany. Survived by her children, Michael (Janet); Nomi (late Nadav); and Margalit; her nine grandchildren, Lilach, Nachshon, Ammiel, Irit, Leah, Ella, Adi, Omri, Rei; and 21 great-grandchildren. A woman of dignity, proud pioneer, she loved working for many years in the various kibbutz institutions including: the high school, the plastics factory and until her final week, the golden age creative shop. She will be missed but her legacy endures.
