MANDEL: On Thursday, September 27, 2012, Charlotte F.; Beloved wife of Herbert M. Mandel. Beloved mother of Rosanne (Clifford) Levine, Elliott (Marlene) Mandel and Arthur Mandel (Claudia Nahson). Daughter of the late Benjamin and Mary (Dicterow) Feldman. Sister of the late Joseph and Harry Feldman. Grandmother of Meredith, Benjamin, Eric and Rebecca Levine, Jordan, Maia, Ariella, Nina and Julia Mandel. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc. Interment Mount Lebanon Cemetery/Beth El Section.
