Jessica Hammer is a professor of computer science at Carnegie Mellon University, jointly appointed to the Human-Computer Interaction Institute and the Entertainment Technology, Center. She studies how games can change the way people think, feel, and behave. She also studies how technology can better serve people who are marginalized because of their gender, race, sexual orientation, or other aspects of their identity.
