Havdalah Healing

Carry Shabbat’s peace into the new week with Havdalah Healing, a meditation and sound bath led by Cantor Julie Newman and Anitra Birnbaum. Healing songs, Jewish ritual, and the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments create a space to rest, reflect, and restore.
