Accessible chair yoga

Accessible to all fitness levels, chair yoga allows you to perform yoga poses while seated or using a chair for balance. Chair yoga provides the same incredible benefits as traditional yoga, such as improved strength, flexibility, and mental well-being. In this chair yoga, you’ll learn how to find all of the most common and beneficial yoga poses in a chair, while in a trauma-informed setting that encourages mindfulness, body awareness, and personal choice.
