15th annual Adar 7 dinner

The New Community Chevra Kadisha of Greater Pittsburgh will hold its 15th annual Adar 7 dinner at 6 p.m. The kosher dinner will be held at Temple Sinai. Eric Lidji, director of the Rauh Jewish History Program and Archives at the Heinz History Center will speak about “Why is Death Sad?” Rabbi Jamie Gibson of Temple Sinai will be honored for his continued support and spiritual guidance which contributed to the establishment of the New Community Chevra Kadisha.
