Join the JCC of Greater Pittsburgh’s Center for Loving Kindness for the next installment of Excerpts We Should Read, Talk About and Act On: Important Passages to Guide Us to Stand UP with Our Neighbors. These Zoom conversations are based on book excerpts from must-read literature that can impact how we live in community. No need to read the books beforehand; we will share excerpts that lead to discussion and understanding. No requirement to join all conversations. February’s conversation explores Dorothy Robert’s Killing the Black Body: Race, Reproduction, and the Meaning of Liberty. March’s conversation explores Linda Villarosa’s Under the Skin: The Hidden Toll of Racism on American Lives and on the Health of Our Nation 7 p.m. To register, visit jccpgh.formstack.com/forms/excerptsweshouldread?mc_cid=1828b74f83&mc_eid=3c266f9d75.
