DESCRIPTION:Join JFCS and 10.27 Healing Partnership as they combine forces and offer Art in Community\, an art-based mindfulness program for all who are interested. The group will explore ways making art can help regulate the nervous system\, promote playfulness\, imagination\, and connect us more deeply to our bodies\, emotions\, thoughts\, and worldviews. Attendees will come together in community as we explore different art mediums\, share their personal experiences\, and reflect on how art can influence us all.
